REFUND POLICY

  • REFUND POLICY

A comprehensive discovery/analysis and the development of a scope of work document are the first steps in every project. In order to prevent project cancellations, reversals, or conflicts, it ensures that everyone is informed of the requirements. There is no remuneration for work already done because it takes time to accomplish each target.

In the event of mutual termination, all completed work shall become the Client's property, and any payments made for additional work shall be void. Previous payments or deposits are not refundable. There will be no payment reimbursement after the Client accepts the mock-up drawings and the project enters development.

There are no prorated refunds for already-started project phases. For services provided by our marketing team on special occasions, cancellations are not accepted. These offers have a set expiration date and cannot be canceled.

If the buyer decides not to move forward with the project, within 5-7 days of requesting a return, they will be given a refund.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

  • We will issue a refund if the buyer does not proceed with the project before it is started.
  • It will take up to (5-7) five to seven days for the refund process to be completed.

CANCELLATION

The Tilckstech cancellation policy is clear and uncomplicated. The following is a list of the policy's conditions:

  • For any cancellation requests, please get in touch with our billing department or our account manager. For the cancellation to go into effect, departmental consent is required.
  • Only cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the order's placement and prior to the project's execution will be considered.
  • The obligation of Tilckstech does not extend to any services rendered by third parties, such as hosting, web development, content authoring, etc.

Web/app service packages are not refundable despite a documented cancellation notice submitted 30 days before the scheduled start date being acceptable. Deposits and payments that are parked or unclaimed for more than 30 days won't be reimbursed.
